Position
Graeme is head of the firm’s trusts and estates disputes team, based in the private client department. He advises trustees, executors and beneficiaries in relation to a broad range of disputes arising out of trust and succession related matters. Much of the work is international in character. Graeme practises in both domestic and international trust and succession disputes. Also has an interest in fraud and professional negligence cases relating to trust, tax and succession matters.
Career
Previously a partner at Withers, he joined Speechly Bircham as a partner in 2008. Regularly speaks on trust and succession matters both domestically and internationally. Regularly speaks at conferences in the UK and overseas on matters related to trust and estate disputes.
