Charles Russell Speechlys LLP's contentious team advises contractors, subcontractors and employers on both domestical and international matters. Steven Carey heads up the team, working alongside the 'unflappable' Kevin Forsyth, who recently advised a cladding contractor on defect-related disputes arising from the construction of tower blocks in Manchester. Rupa Lakha, a specialist in dispute avoidance, acts for developers and subcontractors, while Michael O’Connor, who acts across the spectrum of construction issues domestically and internationally, is also recommended.
