Partner specialising in a broad range of corporate and corporate finance work. His practice consists principally of acting for corporate clients on domestic and international corporate finance and M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, mergers and public takeovers, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures and restructurings. He also advises corporate clients generally on day-to-day company law and corporate governance matters and is listed in 'Who's Who Legal 2011' for his work on corporate governance. Andrew is head of the sports law group at Slaughter and May, counting football as a specialist area.
