David specialises in corporate finance transaction work, including public and private M&A and private equity, as well as public equity offerings. He has particular experience in advising in the leisure, retail, e-gaming and media sectors. Recent transactions include: the purchase of Esporta Gym and Raquetball business for Simon Halabi; acting on the sale of Artists Rights Group Ltd to All3Media and the purchase by Universal Music Operations Ltd; and a joint venture between AEG Live Ltd (UK) and Marshall Arts Ltd. Davis also administers the Olswang India practice group.
