Bronwyn practices in international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation, with a focus on cross border and multi jurisdictional disputes. She is also an international arbitrator.

She has advised and acted for national and global clients across a range of industries, including telecommunications, resources and mining, infrastructure, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and real property. She has recent experience in assisting clients with high end disputes arising out of a range of commercial transactions, including joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, distribution and licensing agreements.

Bronwyn also works with clients to develop strategies to manage risk in offshore contracting and investment, including effective and enforceable dispute resolution processes, enforcement of contractual rights across jurisdictions and complex conflict of laws.

Corrs Chambers Westgarth's¬†‚Äėbrilliant‚Äô practice, led by¬†James Whittaker, handles complex, high-value litigation and class actions, and regularly represents the government in contentious matters. It is acting for Trevor Flugge, the former head of the Australian Wheat Board (AWB), in civil penalty proceedings brought by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) against him, centred on allegations of payments by AWB to the Iraqi government in breach of UN sanctions. The team is also acting for Hancock¬†Prospecting in its defence of claims brought by two children of Australian billionaire Gina Rinehart and two third parties.
