Career
Geoff Hoffman is a partner in Clayton Utz Corporate Advisory / M&A group. Geoff has over 12 years' experience advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity fund raising, joint ventures, general corporate advice and ASX rules compliance. He has wide experience in transactions in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors. Geoff also has extensive experience in advising clients in relation to warrants, CFDs, equity swaps, equity derivatives and stock lending. He has advised a range of clients in relation to the development and issue of numerous structured investment products for the retail market. Geoff holds an MBA (with Distinction) from the London Business School. Admitted to practice: New South Wales (1997) and High Court of Australia (1997).
