Position

Gwynneth advises businesses and senior executives in both the commercial and public sector, and has substantial experience across the retail and higher and further education sectors. Gwynneth has gained valuable insight in to employer working practices from secondments to two large organisations. Gwynneth advises on all areas of employment law from organisational restructures and business acquisitions and sales, to advising on complex TUPE-related issues including strategic advice on supplier contracts. Gwynneth regularly represents employers at tribunal hearings, which include whistleblowing and complex discrimination claims. Gwynneth is also an accredited trainer and delivers bespoke training to employers.
