On the investment side, the team handles a mix of investment purchases and sales, and portfolio and joint venture transactions, as well as associated advice on asset management. Commercial development work is another cornerstone of the practice. Sean Burke heads up the group in Nottingham, which includes Ellis Gardner-Browne, Deborah Gordon Brown, David Morley and Matthew Kenwood.
