Position
Jonathan is a commercial litigation partner based in Shoosmiths’ Solent office. He has a wide-ranging commercial contract and negligence disputes practice, with a significant international element. He is experienced in all areas of dispute resolution, including High Court litigation, arbitration and ADR, representing commercial clients in many successful mediations. Jonathan is recognised by his clients as a highly effective litigator, suitably assertive where necessary, but always with the client’s commercial interests in mind. Jonathan is also a pensions litigation specialist. He acts for trustees, employers, administrators, actuaries and consultants in the full range of pensions-related disputes. Jonathan is an accredited mediator.
