Kirsten Hewson heads the team at Shoosmiths LLP, which specialises in residential development, acting for clients such as Crest Nicholson, Derwent Developments, Caprice, Mayer Bergman, Bovis Homes and Bewley Homes. Hewson is advising a Malaysian construction company on the planning aspects of a £300m multi-use building in Mint Street at Tower Hill; and is leading a team advising O&H Developments on the £50m redevelopment of three buildings in Grafton Street in Mayfair.
