Position
Senior partner and member of the commercial property department. A solicitor for over 30 years, Mark’s experience encompasses all aspects of real estate work including development, investment and retail. He is also a specialist in the property aspects of franchising. Mark’s client base tends to be entrepreneurial and growing companies, including Domino’s UK & IRL plc and, on the investment side, Structadene Group. He works with the London offices of major US law firms as their real estate consultant and manages and undertakes a broad range of corporate support and acquisition and disposal work for UK and US based clients of those firms.
