Career

Ms. Aldeguer specializes in Corporate Law and Commercial Law. She acts as corporate secretary of several domestic corporations and has given advice on joint venture, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence reviews, proxy contests, intra-corporate disputes and takeover.

Education

Ms. Aldeguer obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines and her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1991. Before joining ACCRALAW, she was connected with the Philippine Coconut Producers Federation, Inc. (COCOFED) as a senior manager for its National Secretariat.
