It acted for the receivers, FTI, in a case against the promoters of a resort in Thailand, with proceedings taking place in Singapore and involving an anti-suit injunction to prevent the promoters from pursuing their claim in Thailand. Sarjit Singh Gill SC, Probin Dass, Joseph Tay and David Chan are key members of the team.

Clients include listed corporates, banks and accounting firms. The team represented one of the largest creditors in the judicial management of Swiber Holdings and Swiber Offshore Construction, one of the largest corporate insolvencies in Singapore. Sarjit Singh Gill SC is 'very experienced' and 'has a very good rapport with clients'.
