01 February 2012 - Drew & Napier LLC ("Drew & Napier") has set up a Pro Bono Department with effect from 1 February 2012. The Pro Bono Department is expected to harness the expertise of Drew & Napier's lawyers who will provide legal services to pro bono clients on an ad-hoc basis.

9 December 2011 – Drew & Napier LLC (D&N), acted as legal counsel on Singapore law to Keong Hong Holdings Limited (Company, and together with its subsidiaries and associated companies, the Group), a Singapore based construction company, in its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 27,000,000 shares at an issue price of S$0.24 per share on the sponsor-supervised listing platform of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (Catalist).

We are pleased to announce that Drew & Napier LLC has acted for Lonza Group Ltd ("Lonza"), in its secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") by way of introduction. 2 June 2009 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) is advising PetroChina International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (“PetroChina Singapore”), a subsidiary of PetroChina Company Limited (“PetroChina”), on the proposed 45.5% acquisition of Singapore Petroleum Company (“SPC”). Subject to regulatory approvals, PetroChina Singapore will purchase the stake from a Keppel Corporation subsidiary at S$6.25 per share valuing SPC at S$3.2billion in its entirety.

19 February 2009 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) currently acts as counsel to OSIM International Ltd ("OSIM or the Company") in respect of a proposed renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 120,408,442 new ordinary shares in the capital of the company ("Rights Shares") at an issue price of S$0.55 for each Rights Share, on the basis of two Rights Shares for every nine existing shares held in the capital of the Company by entitled shareholders.

30 March 2009 - Drew & Napier LLC ("Drew & Napier") acted as counsel to Germanischer Lloyd ("GL") in the acquisition of International Refinery Services Limited ("IRS"). The agreement was signed and the acquisition was announced 14 January 2009.

March 2009 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) acted as counsel to the establishment and listing of the Investment Beverage Business Fund (“Fund”) which was successfully listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX”) on Wed 31 December 2008. The total size of Fund is approximately €50 million at inception.

27 February 2009 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) acted as counsel to Metax Engineering Corporation Ltd ("Company") in respect of the renounceable non-underwritten rights issue ("Rights Issue") of up to 45,579,545 ordinary shares ("Rights Shares") at an issue price of S$0.11 for each Right Share in the capital of the Company on the basis of one Rights Share for every two existing ordinary shares in the capital of the Company held by entitled shareholders.

25 February 2009 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) acted as counsel to Ellipsiz Ltd ("Ellipsiz or the Company") in respect of a proposed renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 307,200,862 new ordinary shares in the capital of the company ("Rights Shares") at an issue price of S$0.035 for each Rights Share with up to 51,200,143 free detachable warrants ("Warrants"), each Warrant carrying the right to subscribe for one new ordinary share in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of S$0.035 for each new share, on the basis of six Rights Shares with one free detachable warrant for every five existing ordinary shares held by entitled shareholders.
