Ms. Bai is a partner of Jun He Law Offices. Ms. Bai specializes in employment, labor, and social security law practice.

Career

Ms. Bai has gained extensive experience in all aspects of employment, labor and social security law practice. Ms. Bai’s areas of special focus include employment hiring and termination, employee remuneration and benefits, corporate executive contracts, establishment and enforcement of company policies, non-competition restriction, corporate downsizing, employment-related due diligence and personnel transfer options in M&A, restructuring, bankruptcy and liquidation. Ms. Bai’s experience cuts through many industries including financing, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, resources, real estate industry. Ms. Bai is also experienced in complex labor and employment litigations, including collective lawsuits. Ms. Bai also served as special outside counsel of well-known multinational companies on issues relating to trade union and collective bargaining. Ms. Bai joined Jun He in 2009. Prior to this, she worked with King & Wood PRC Lawyers.
