Mr. Zhang is a partner of Jun He Law Offices based in Beijing. Mr. Zhang specializes in M&A, foreign direct investment, intellectual property and general corporate mattes.


Mr. Zhang has over 10 years experience in providing legal services to clients in different industries, with a focus on automobile, energy resources, pharmaceutical, foods, clothing industries, etc. Mr. Zhang joined Jun He Law Offices in March 2004. He has provided legal services for over one hundred projects on M&A and investment, and undertaken a number of influential cases. Mr. Zhang has also been engaged in intellectual property law, particularly has accumulated rich experience in copyright, technology license, anti-unfair competition, etc. Prior to joining Jun He Law Offices, Mr. Zhang worked in the Legal Department of Canon (China) Inc. for nearly one year. In additional to his expertise in his practices, Mr. Zhang also has published many legal articles and translate articles in Chinese Intellectual Property Review (chief editor: Mr. Chuntian LIU), Legal Talents and Judicial Reform(chief editor: Mr. Jiahong HE and Mr. Jinguang HU), as well as China Intellectual Property News, and Jun He Law Review.

Within its sizable team, Adam Li specialises in advising US companies in cross-border investments, M&A, private placements, public offerings and privatisations; Warren Hua is particularly experienced acting for SOEs in their outbound investment and handling foreign investment in Chinese A-share listed companies; Kirk Tong has particular experience in foreign direct investment, capital markets and antitrust matters; M&A expert Wei Xiao is recommended for share acquisitions and compliance matters, as is private equity specialist Binxue Sang, who advises multinational on cross-border transactions.
