Linh has been a Partner at VILAF since 2000 and has intensive experience in the corporate, commercial and dispute resolution areas, including insurance, leases, representative offices, contract laws, trading, distribution, and employment matters. He has assisted foreign investors and financiers in various corporate restructuring transactions and infrastructure projects.

Linh was recommended as a Leading Lawyer by AsiaLaw  in Dispute Resolution and Litigation in four successive years from 2014 to 2017. He has represented clients in a number of landmark litigation and arbitration cases.

VILAF's team handles significant arbitration and litigation for national and international clients. Ngo Thanh Tung, who heads the firm's Ho Chi Minh City office, handles work including vessel arrests, as well as disputes concerning real estate investments. Pham Si Hai Quynh, who is also based in Ho Chi Minh City, is a key name for disputes with maritime elements and is representing the owners of Duyen Hai 1 Thermal Power Plant in a dispute with the operators of a ship which collided with the port, damaging the coal unloader, as well as handling other matters concerning property investments and tax litigation. In Hanoi, Nguyen Duy Linh handles construction and engineering disputes, among others, and is representing a number of leading names in the sector from elsewhere in Asia.     On 6/20/2012, the National Assembly voted to adopt the Law on Price (the "LOP") in response to the public demand for an effective legal framework to control price manipulation from dominant enterprises such as gasoline, electricity, etc. The law will take effect from 01/01/2013 and repeal Ordinance No. 40/2002/PL-UBTVQH10 dated 26/4/2002 of the National Assembly Standing Committee (the "Ordinance"), which is conceived as outdated and containing certain provisions contravening the WTO’s regulation. This article describes the main features of the law and provides some insight into its potential impacts on the Vietnamese economy.
