Recent transactions include acting for Handmade Films plc on its takeover by Almorah Services Ltd, acting for Northern & Shell on the acquisition of Channel 5 Broadcasting and most recently on the acquisition of The Health Lottery Limited. Also acted for Channel 5 in relation to the YouView joint venture.
