Position
Partner specialising in all aspects of pensions law, acting for employers and trustees. He is a member of the firm’s investment unit, with broad experience in advising pension schemes on the legal aspects of their investment arrangements, including investment reorganisations and the investment documentation for DB and DC schemes; has particular expertise in relation to contract negotiation with investment managers on behalf of both trustees and companies. Paul regularly provides advice to clients in relation to the legal aspects of liability-driven investment and investment in alternative assets, such as hedge funds, private equity and infrastructure.
