Partner in the litigation department; experience of a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on financial services disputes; client base includes major corporate entities, investment banks, hedge fund managers, private equity funds and other financial institutions. Recent litigation experience encompasses various disputes arising from the credit crunch, including matters relating to syndicated loan facilities, credit default swaps and related confirmations, and other financial products.
