Position
Advises on all aspects of UK and EU competition law, but has particular experience in contentious EU and UK competition matters. She is currently acting for Generics UK in relation to a criminal prosecution by the Serious Fraud Office and parallel civil proceedings by the Scottish and Northern Irish Health Authorities concerning alleged cartel activity. Her work includes acting on behalf of claimants in relation to damages actions arising out of breach of competition laws. She has lectured and written extensively on antitrust litigation issues. Lesley has just completed a year as chair of the Law Society European Group.

Admitted as solicitor 1991; Pinsent Curtis 1988-92; lecturer in European Law 1992-98; SJ Berwin 1998 to date; partner 2003.
