Position
Justin is a partner in the international arbitration group, part of the commercial litigation and dispute resolution department. Justin has considerable experience in major international commercial disputes. He has appeared before many international commercial arbitral tribunals both institutional (ICC, LCIA) and ad hoc in disputes covering a wide variety of jurisdictions. Justin also regularly acts for clients in the Commercial Court division of the High Court of England and Wales and has extensive experience of seeking orders from the court under the Arbitration Act 1996 and preliminary relief in support of foreign proceedings under the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1992. Justin advises on a wide range of issues, including disputes arising out of private equity start-ups and exits; shareholder disputes; international film finance disputes; manufacturer-distributor quality and service disputes; and construction, property and insurance disputes. He regularly advises clients and colleagues on dispute resolution clauses for all types of ADR.
