Position

Delphine Currie is a partner in the corporate department of SJ Berwin LLP. Delphine joined SJ Berwin LLP at the start of her career in 1988, qualifying in 1990 and becoming a partner in 1996. She is head of the AIM group at SJ Berwin LLP and, in addition to IPOs, advises on a broad range of M&A transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals. She is particularly active in the real estate sector. During 2006, Delphine acted on the AIM admissions of two German companies, GoIndustry AG (which was reversed into Grasshopper Investments plc, now known as GoIndustry plc) and ARS Arthro AG (which merged with Endospine Kinetics Limited and then listed under the name Arthro Kinetics plc). She also represented a number of nomad/broker clients during the year, including Altium Capital, Collins Stewart, Evolution Securities, Grant Thornton and Shore Capital. During the year, Delphine worked alongside the London Stock Exchange to promote AIM throughout Europe, the US and China, and spoke personally at seminars in Boston, Brussels, Chicago, Munich and New York.
