Head of charity team dealing with charities, social enterprise, mutuals and public bodies and not-for-profit organisations including large social care providers such as Scope and Sense; international bodies such as UNICEF UK and PLAN UK; religious, social care; educational and health charities; royal societies and professional bodies; regeneration campaigning and environmental, and medical bodies.

Trained Vivash Hunt; qualified 1976; worked at North Kensington Law Centre then helped found Hounslow Law Centre; founded Sinclair Taylor & Martin 1981 – later merged with Russell-Cooke to become the charity team. Publications: ‘Russell-Cooke Voluntary Sector Legal Handbook’; ‘The Company Secretaries Handbook for Voluntary Sector Companies’; director PCI Ltd. Trustee of grant-making, educational, information, housing and medical charities.
