Position
Partner dealing with a wide range of commercial property work, including investment work (site acquisitions, disposals and management) for a number of substantial investors and for tenants, particularly retail tenants (main client is Sports Direct International plc). Work also includes development, e.g. pre-lets, conditional purchases and associated planning and construction work. Also advises on property-related insolvency issues.

Trained Eversheds; qualified 1999; CMS Cameron McKenna 1999-2004; Russell-Cooke 2004 to date (bringing work from Sports Direct International plc); partner 2006; has published a number of articles, eg on Disability Discrimination Act in 'Property Law'; member of the British Council of Shopping Centres.
