Advises trade unions and their members on a wide variety of work-related and labour law issues including collective and individual employment rights, collective and regulatory law, work environment issues including health and safety and accident and disease compensation; occasional adviser to voluntary and not-for-profit sector; a number of House of Lords decisions on labour law and Court of Appeal and EAT decisions on individual employment rights. Growing practice in civil rights issues.
