Position

Partner and joint head of personal injury department since 2005, specialising in claimant personal injury; considerable experience of the following types of accidents: sporting injuries, head and spinal injury claims, occupiers liability claims, road traffic accidents (especially cycling accidents) and factory accidents; also handled claims arising out of the King’s Cross disaster and the Clapham rail crash. Paul has a significant cycling injury practice and is the client partner for the CTC – the national cycling organisation. Acted on behalf of the appellants in the landmark House of Lords ruling on multipliers in the cases of Wells v Wells and Page v Sheerness Steel Plc.
