Specialises in property investments for UK and offshore clients, commercial leasing and residential and commercial development. Also deals with joint ventures and bank finance for property transactions. Acts for clients in the retail and leisure industries, dealing with hotel and restaurant acquisition and disposals in central London, and also acts for banks in relation to investment property loans, related security issues and offshore structures.
