Position
Head of the residential property team. A residential property specialist with experience in all issues relating to property matters, and regularly advises in relation to the commercial aspects and implications of property transactions. Acts for a wide range of clients including substantial PLCs, major developers and high-net-worth individuals. Particular expertise in relation to complex residential and commercial acquisitions and sales, portfolio purchases and sales, and property and land development work. Regularly advises in respect of site acquisition and unit sales, and has had much experience of handling property sales and purchases at auctions.
