Position
Property litigation department, partner, head of property litigation at Rochman Landau LLP, London. Recognised leading practitioner in the field of property litigation. He is particularly known as an expert on rent review, lease renewals and dilapidations claims. Paul has many years’ experience in advising investors on maintaining value by reviewing their property management. He has lectured on property management law for some time. Paul has developed an expertise in advising offshore property investors, trust companies and banks. A particular highlight for this year has been a complex lease renewal for a restaurant chain and a substantial rent review in Baker Street. Paul has provided advice to a client on a difficult surrender of their City offices. Paul is currently acting in a substantial dilapidations dispute on behalf of a major landlord. He has been in the Court of Appeal dealing with a nuisance dispute.
