Position
Vanessa is a partner and head of the company commercial department specialising in all aspects of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, investment and shareholder arrangements, outsourcing, commercial contracts, partnership/LLP arrangements and governance matters. Highlights include: wrote the standard text on due diligence published by Jordans; regular national and international speaker on corporate and governance matters, and a visiting lecturer at the University of West of England Law Faculty; director of the Women of the Year Lunch; holds corporate finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales; founder member of specialist governance consultancy ‘Across the Board’.
