Position
Partner and head of the personal injury department; considerable experience in conducting all types of personal injury work including clinical negligence claims and has developed a national reputation for cases involving major catastrophic injury/disability, notably spinal injuries and traumatic brain injuries. He has on several occasions recovered record UK awards of damages for clients; pioneered the concept of structured compensation and post-receipt fund protection and planning for clients. Bryan Neill is a qualified mediator.
