Position
Johnathan is a partner in the firm’s corporate team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Johnathan is an experienced M&A lawyer, having advised on an array of transactions ranging from corporate acquisitions and disposals to management buyouts and buyins, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He has advised a wide range of clients, including UK and US listed companies, UK private companies and UK public sector authorities and bodies. His private equity experience includes advising investors and investees on a range of transactions, from start-ups to development capital and acquisition finance. His clients include a range of institutional clients, from banks to venture capital funds (both private and public sector and including university spin-outs) and private equity firms. Johnathan also advises banks and other financial institutions on the corporate aspects of an array of corporate banking transactions, ranging from refinancings to acquisition finance and development capital.
