Position

Partner, specialising in international commercial fraud and dispute resolution. Practice focuses on complex, high-value international commercial litigation and arbitration, particularly involving Russia and Eastern Europe. Experienced in coordinating large teams of lawyers and other professionals in various jurisdictions to freeze assets simultaneously, as well as in obtaining search and disclosure orders. Many of his cases are at the cutting edge of the law, involving decisions by the appellate courts in England and elsewhere, including in respect of jurisdiction, forum conveniens and piercing the corporate veil. Clients include banks, state owned entities, large corporations and high-net-worth individuals.
