Position
Partner specialising in media and High Court litigation; in particular, defamation and privacy cases. Represents and advises a wide variety of clients, from celebrities and politicians to international business people and companies. Has represented clients involved in libel and other litigation concerning complex jurisdictional issues, including Berezovsky v Forbes and Berezovsky v Fridman. Current and recent clients include Boris Berezovsky, Lalit Modi and Tom Watson MP. Provides advice to individuals and companies exposed to media scrutiny, and advises clients generally on all media-related matters, including rights under the Human Rights Act and Data Protection Act 1998.
