Position
Brendan is a clinical negligence solicitor and partner at Pannone LLP. He has specialised solely in claimant clinical/medical negligence since qualification in September 2002.
Career
Trained Pannone LLP; qualified: 2002; partner, May 2008. His caseload consists of a large variety of clinical negligence claims, including those of high-value and maximum severity for both adults and children; GP negligence; misdiagnosis of cancer; amputation; and spinal and other orthopaedic injuries. He also deals with Fatal Accidents Act and Humans Rights Act claims. Brendan’s largest recent settlement was a case involving a brain injury to a 61 year old woman: settlement was for circa £2.5m.
