Karl has partner status and is the manager of the commercial debt recovery unit specialising in volume debt recovery work for a variety of commercial clients, including Speedy Hire Plc, Ryder Plc, Hilti GB Ltd, Waverley TBS Ltd and Performing Right Society. The department deals with all aspects of litigation recovery work, including bankruptcy and corporate insolvency work.
