Position
Head of competition unit. Amanda reviews, interprets, drafts and negotiates a wide variety of commercial agreements, and advises UK and international clients so that their commercial strategies and agreements are in compliance with UK and EU competition law. Clients include Chevron Texaco, Kellogg, Luxfer Group, the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists, Leigh Paints and Stirling Lloyd Group.
Career
Amanda trained at Ellisons, Colchester, qualified in 1986 and worked for Lawrence Graham (formerly Blyth Dutton) in London. She joined Pannone LLP in 1994.
