Position
Head of corporate recovery and insolvency department. Non-contentious insolvency partner; licensed insolvency practitioner. Richard is a partner in the corporate recovery and insolvency department specialising in corporate and commercial law with a non-contentious, insolvency bias, particularly business and asset sales and administrations and receiverships. Over the past few years he has dealt with many complex and large-scale cases including the administrators of manufacturers, retailers and several football clubs.
