Clinical negligence.
Position
Partner in the clinical negligence department dealing with all aspects of clinical negligence and specialising in adult and paediatric maximum severity, misdiagnosis of cancer and fatal cases, including inquests and human rights. Notable settlements include £3.75m and £7.9m for children with cerebral palsy and £1.8m for a child who suffered a delay in being diagnosed with congenital dislocation of the hips. She is taking the case of Rabone to the Supreme Court, which addresses the human rights of non-detained mental health patients. Numerous cases reported in legal journals, including Kemp & Kemp, APIL PI Focus and Lawtel.
