Position
Simon is a corporate tax partner with over twelve years’ experience. Qualified as both a barrister and solicitor, his experience has been gained in the accounting profession (with KPMG) and in industry (with AMEC Plc), as well as the legal profession.He advises on all aspects of business and property tax, inducing mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, employee incentives, reorganisations and restructuring.

Originally trained at the Bar, qualified 1995; requalified 2003 with Walker Morris.
