Position
Louise qualified as a solicitor in 1997, joined Pannone in 1999 and became a partner in 2006. Louise is head of family law at the Alderley Edge office. Louise deals with all aspect of family law and has particular expertise in dealing with foreign jurisdictional problems. She deals with private disputes over children involving complex expert evidence. She also deals with removal from the jurisdiction and child abduction cases under the Hague convention, Brussels II, and the inherent jurisdiction.
