Financial services.
Position
John has non-legal partner and heads the financial services department. All areas of financial planning are covered but the majority of cases involve investment of damages awarded following major personal injury and clinical negligence litigation. The department also works with several deputies, assisting them with the investment of Court of Protection monies.
