Position
Partner and head of commercial property department. His experience as a commercial property lawyer covers: (i) all aspects of property development and property joint venture work and includes PFI/PPP projects, offshore wind farm developments and urban regeneration projects; (ii) residential and commercial development work and mixed-use regeneration projects including projects involving consortium arrangements, joint ventures, and local stakeholder participation; (iiii) advising the public sector on development and regeneration issues; (iv) investment acquisitions and disposals.
Career
Qualified 1990; worked with Slaughter and May in the City of London prior to moving to Manchester; partner Masons, Manchester for six years; joined Pannone as partner in commercial property department 2005.
