Partner in corporate department; main area of expertise is acting for public authorities in relation to complex public procurements, with a particular focus on transport-related projects. In particular has advised Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive on a series of major procurements for the Manchester Metrolink Light Rail System, including the construction of extensions to the system; and has advised passenger transport executives nationally on their participation in rail franchise agreements. Also advises on charity law issues.
