Partner specialising in family law including pre nuptial and post nuptial agreements, financial settlements on divorce (including cases with complex elements such as international assets/court proceedings in other jurisdictions/family trusts), disagreements over contact and living arrangements regarding children, unmarried couples who break up and disagree as to the ownership of property, separation agreements. Lisa is also head of the firm’s collaborative law department, which aims to resolve family issues without the need to enter into lengthy court proceedings.
