Pippa has experience of working with a wide range of charities and social enterprises on legal and commercial issues, including corporate structure, governance and fundraising, as well as advising on their formation and registration. Pippa specialises in working with high profile individuals and family foundations on their philanthropy and giving.  In addition, Pippa advises on corporate social responsibility, including the incorporation and ongoing legal compliance of corporate foundations. Having trained and worked at a magic circle law firm, Pippa has experience in a range of corporate and finance departments and has worked on a large number of high value and cross-border transactions. Starting January 1st, 2013, a new tax law (Law No. 822, Tax Concertation Law) came into force in and completely changed the taxation system in Nicaragua. Two years later a new law was issued by the National Assembly containing more than 80 amendments, additions and repeals (Law No 891) which came into force December 18th, 2014.
