In one recent highlight, Dallas-based Jonathan Skidmore obtained a complete defense verdict for Zimmer Biomet Holdings in a product liability trial, in which the plaintiff alleged that she suffered personal and economic injuries from a hip replacement device manufactured by the client. In Austin, Stacey Martinez achieved summary judgment for all remaining claims against client GlaxoSmithKline in the Poligrip MDL. Bayer and Coloplast are also clients of the firm. In April 2017, Lana Varney, Stephen Huffaker and Lisa Shub departed to King & Spalding LLP.
