Dorian lectures on the FINRA (formerly the NASD) Diploma in Capital Market Regulation and Compliance. He is one of the co-authors of the ‘Financial Services Decisions Digest’ (Lexis Nexis, 2007) and speaks and writes regularly on contentious regulatory issues.
Career
Dorian began his career as a barrister, having been called to the Bar in 1995. He requalified as a solicitor in 2000 and was seconded to the Enforcement Division of the FSA for nine months during 2002.
