Position
Partner specialising in competition, merger control, regulatory, administrative/public law and EU law; has acted in a wide range of cases raising competition, EU and regulatory issues including, in the past year alone: BMW; Chicago Mercantile Exchange; Constellation (world’s leading wine producer); Etisalat (Emirates Telecoms); France Telecom; and PayPoint (UK bill payments provider). He is legal adviser to two of the UK sector regulators, the ORR (rail) and Ofwat (water).
